The dollar weakened against most majors as the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that the world needs new reserve currencies, putting pressure on the dollar. The EurUsd rose 130pips, hovering around the 1.39 level. The UsdJpy fell to 96.618 while the GbpUsd gained 188pips on the back of the broad decline in the dollar.
