Hillary Clinton’s Strong Lead in Iowa
October 17th, 2007 • Related • Filed Under
Like her or not, Hillary Clinton is a master of modern politics. It certainly helps to have one of the most brilliant minds as a husband by her side. She has systematically steamrolled through national polling and has now making waves in the Iowa Democratic Caucus.
A new Rassmussen poll has her gaining the support of 33% of likely caucus participants. This places her at a comfortable distance ahead of her rivals John Edwards, who has 22% support, and Barack Obama who attracts 21%.
Among women, Clinton gains the support of 39% of the female vote. Her lead among men is slightly smaller with 29% for Clinton and 24% for Obama.
