Stockcharts: Chart Editor & Annotations

Okay…call me “Captain Obvious” but stockcharts is great site for charting. For the longest time I thought that you had to be a member of stockcharts in order to use the charting annotation features. Normally, memberships to stock charting sites are free, but in this case there is a subscription fee.

Regardless, I was able to tinker around with the site enough to determine that this tool is free for basic charting, has all the indicators I need, and no compromised will need to be made in order to bring you quality analysis. This is especially helpful in viewing the technical indicators on a weekly basis.

So, what this means is that I will be able to edit the charts with many helpful tools in which to display the following:

• Arrows
• Talking points
• Fibonacci Retracements (Ratios)
• Resistance and support lines
• Highlight Circled Regions
• Trendlines

and much, much, more…
