Weak Momentum Stock Plays

Over the past month or so there have been dismal results in my attempts to screen out solid momentum plays. I believe that as we approach the naturally weak months of September and October, most securities will be either pulling back from recent gains or basing sideways leading up to the end of the year market rally.
